At first during the movie head of state he would read a script written for him by someone else that had what everyone wanted to hear written on it, instead of what he actually believed. This is what most presidents do (besides Reagan) because they want to get the vote of the largest croud of people, the white middle working class Americans. But Chris rock wanted to get the vote of something he knew, something he believed in. So he decided to speak his mind and collect the vote of the African American ghetto and the African American people. He became a candidate because they wanted someone who would lose the election. And he became his own candidate when his brother told him to say what he believes instead of what he's told to say. He also wanted to impress the girl from "lots O' Gas"

The Electoral College was created for two reasons. The first purpose was to create a mix between population and the pick of a President. The second as part of the structure of the government that gave extra power to the smaller states. Hamilton and the other founders believed that the electors would be able to insure that only a qualified person becomes President. I think it is fair, because it gives the smaller states more of a chance to have who they want to become president elected. And I also think that is a good idea because it has more electoral votes for the bigger states because they have more people voting. I don't think that the system has ever had any major flaws worth explaining and I think it should continue to be used.

I want charlie Baker to win because he is more conservative and less liberal than Coakley. And he believes in most of the same things I believe in  and he also runs a better campaign than her. she has run in 9 other elections and lost. she is just desperate to win an election and doesn't care what its for. she takes liberal too far and wants to give more of the tax payers money to lazy people who don't work and she supports Obama care which as you can probably see sucks .
The movie Lincoln Abraham Lincoln tried to free the slaves.  He tries to get the 18th amendment passed in order to get back votes so he could win the and be reelected.  He goes around to all the people in his council and tries to get them all to vote for the 18th amendment because to pass the 18th amendment you have to have a majority of the council.  He had to offer people better jobs working for him so that they could vote for it. He ends up getting the bill passed and ending slavery forever.  For the people in the south, they want to keep slavery and one southern radical kills Abraham in the theater watching a play.

This meme is because the 8th amendment doesn't allow the courts to set your bail really high unless you commit murder.  So you do not have to spend along time in prison because no one can pay your bail.

U.S. warplanes went after Islamic State fanatics again Wednesday, this time bombing the murderous militants on both sides of the Syrian and Iraqi border.  Several of the strikes targeted an ISIS staging area, which the terrorists have been using to move equipment from one country to the other.  Eight ISIS vehicles were demolished in the Iraqi border town of Qaim, the U.S. Central Command reported.  ISIS vehicles west of Iraqi capital Baghdad and near Kurdish city Erbil were also destroyed by bombing raids.  The new attacks came a day after U.S. forces gave ISIS a taste of shock and awe with three waves of bombing attacks in Syria that wiped out dozens of fighters and demolished the group’s command control center in Raqqa.

why the articles of confederation failed

The Articles of Confederation failed because they left too much power with the states. The federal government had no power to collect taxes, no power to regulate trade, and no power to enforce laws. There was also no executive branch under the Articles of Confederation, and no national court system. Also, all states had to give consent in order for amendments to be passed and 9 out of 13 states had to give consent in order for laws to be passed. This rarely happened, because there were hardly ever enough delegates to pass a law and 5 small states could completely block what larger states wanted. The only power the federal government had was to make war and peace, send and receive ambassadors, enter into treaties, raise and equip a navy, maintain an army by requesting troops from the states, appoint senior military officers, fix standards of weights and measures, regulate Indian affairs, establish post offices, and decide certain disputes among states.

Sqilly

America without government is like a whopper without bacon, it doesn't work.  You need government to function in everyday society.  Without government there would be people committing crimes of all sorts.  There would be no one to enforce laws and make laws for people to abide by.  There would be no paved roads or free water.  The military would be weaker. The courts would suffer without a government.  There would be no welfare system for people to go on when they need money because they have nothing.  There would be no unemployment for when people get laid off.

The government is necessary to construct a stable way of life for everyone in america.  We give up some rights in order to have the protection of our military. Which we only have because of our government.
